By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

2. Product Information

We aim to describe and photograph all items accurately:

  • Minor signs of wear may be present unless otherwise stated.

  • Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

  • Measurements are provided as accurately as possible.

If an item has a defect, it will be clearly stated in the listing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders if a pricing mistake has occurred

Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times are handled by third-party shipping providers and are typically 2–3 working days, but may vary.

Once an order has been dispatched, FFF Vintage is not responsible for courier delays.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases.

  • Wrong items or undisclosed defects: Full refund not including shipping.

  • Change-of-mind returns: Full refund not including shipping.

  • All refunds must be requested within 14 days of the item being delivered.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders must follow the return process.

FFF Vintage reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Payment cannot be verified

  • An item becomes unavailable due to inventory error

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the FFF Vintage website, including:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Product descriptions

is the property of FFF Vintage and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FFF Vintage is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Delays caused by shipping providers

  • Misuse of purchased items

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
