What is the return policy?

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or not as described: If an item arrives damaged or differs from its description, you are entitled to a full refund, including original postage. Return shipping will be covered by us.
• Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued excluding original postage costs. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Are any purchases final sale?

Returns are always allowed as per the return policy unless otherwise stated.

When will I get my order?

Please allow 1-2 working day handling period on orders.

Shipping times are provided directly from courier services and they do advise these are estimates and not guarantees.

Where are your products sourced?

We source all our products across the UK.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
