Damaged or not as described: If an item arrives damaged or differs from its description, you are entitled to a full refund of the item price only. Original postage is non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged). Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We dispatch all orders within 1 day. Delivery time depends on the courier service and seasonality, but takes 2-3 days on average in the UK.
